• Self-evaluation: implementation of IQES online survey (tool for quality development and evaluation in schools) and
  internal evaluation report for the attention of parents and students, as well as the SEA committee, the school
  administration and the teachers.

SY 2011/2012
• Development of a school program to external specifications. Creation and support of internal school working groups,
  which include all school stakeholders.

SY 2010/2011
• BLI-Inspection and bestowing of the title „Excellent German School Abroad“
• Examination of the results. Definition and development of five key goals (action plan) for the school year 2011/2012 
  and the performance and production targets (LuF).

SY 2009/2010
• “Peer Review light” as the first part of a two-part external evaluation

SY 2008/2009
• Formation of the "PQM group". Introduction of quality management program supported by the German Teacher Quality
  Management (PQM) and the Swiss Q2E standards
• Work within the quality framework and preparation of documents for the BLI inspection.
• Implementation of the first SEIS+ survey (self-evaluation in schools).
