Action Plan (from SY 2011/2012)
FOCUS ONE: securing and deepening of the character as a Swiss-German school abroad in further education structure development: expansion of the range of school offerings with a focus on an expanded customer base, which is interested in Germany and Switzerland, Europe and the ideas and values of this cultural space and its educational ideals. Here, existing structures should be maintained and new relationships established. Formation of the E-Profile.
FOCUS TWO: exploiting the market potential by optimizing marketing, sales, public relations and the development of sustainable alumni work.
FOCUS THREE: Reinforcement of feedback culture to enhance transparency and participation and to improve the quality of teaching. Build student feedback as part of the 360° feedback goal.
FOCUS FOUR: development of language skills and language awareness with special reference to the German and bilingual teaching as well as individual learning requirements of pupils. Language emphasis in subject classes.
FOCUS FIVE: promotion of self-organized and individualized learning and safety, especially towards schooling in crisis situations by introducing a web-based learning platform (Moodle at Secondary and iPads/Class homepages at the Primary level)
